At Alani Taylor, we take pride in offering you custom garments that are tailored to your unique style and preferences. As a result, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alani Taylor. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns on Custom Garments
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom garments. These bespoke creations are crafted exclusively for you, and each piece is a unique work of art designed to fit your individuality.

Alterations After Final Fitting:
We understand that sometimes, even with meticulous measurements and fittings, adjustments may be needed to achieve the perfect fit. If your custom garment requires alterations after the final fitting, we are here to assist you.

SHIPPING POLICY

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before the completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will no longer update shipping addresses.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
RETURN TO SENDER
Packages that are 'returned to the sender due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact your local USPS post office to provide your tracking details. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with UPS/USPS. We will not replace UPS/USPS confirming package(s) delivery.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. However, Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to ship.
