All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Please make sure to order the correct size.
Please note that all returns are for the same item, exchange only.
If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from shipment arrival in exchange for a different size. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Custom Items and Sale/Discounted Items are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT able to be returned. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or alterations on discounted items.
We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.
We offer alterations to customers that notify us within 10 business days from shipment arrival.
Important: We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If you are not sure about your size use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist, and hips. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart we highly recommend custom sizing.

Important: Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that start as soon as an order is placed. Most of our products are made to order. Make sure to place your order with a time allowance.
After an initial consultation or correspondence in which you communicate to me what you are envisioning, I will draw up one or more sketches of possible designs to choose from. These sketches may be synthesized or modified until the final design is agreed upon. Please understand that out of respect for my time I may not be able to do multiple consultations or sketches until you have committed to having the dress made and paid the deposit.
A 50% deposit is due upfront before I begin making your dress. This is to cover the cost of materials and is non-refundable. The balance of the dress and sales tax or shipping if applicable is due when the dress is completed, and the shipping label has been sent to the client. The dress will not be given to the client until full payment has been made.
All fittings and alterations are included in the cost of the dress. The client will be responsible for travel and hotel expenses if traveling more than 50 miles for fitting and Alterations are required. In other words, I will work with you until your dress fits perfectly and you are fully satisfied with it. I have a full-service commitment to my brides, which means that up until your wedding day if there is anything you need from me, I will take care of you! If for any reason, such as convenience, you choose to go elsewhere for alterations or adjustments, you are responsible for paying for them.
I realize that having a custom dress made is a sort of evolutionary process, and sometimes it may be necessary to make changes to the design or construction in order to make it work. However, the earlier in the process these changes can be made the better, so if you are thinking that you would like to make a change, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can accommodate your request. For the most part, if you let me know soon enough I can make minor changes at no additional charge. If there is a major change that requires the purchase of more material or additional labor, there may be extra charges which will be agreed upon by both parties before the changes are made. Your Commitment Because the dress is custom made for you, it is very important that you are fully committed to it before I begin. Once I have begun making your dress, I cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason such as you changed your mind, found a cheaper dress somewhere else, called off the wedding, etc. My Commitment I understand how important a wedding gown is to a bride, and I am committed to making sure that you have a wonderful experience and LOVE your dress! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the finished dress, I am committed to working with you to remedy the issue. I believe that with patience and clear communication on both sides we can work together until you are 100% satisfied with your wedding gown.
